Personal Ideology

I am doing a blog that will contain my political ideology for my Ap government class. I took a survey which told me that I am more of a disaffected democrat. At first I didn't know what this meant but I looked more into it. Just to point out the obvious I am a democrat but to be more specific I am a democrat that no longer believes that the government is helping our country to their full extent. People like me believe that we need to make our environmental laws more strict then what they are now. Things like helping with the amount of CO2 that is constantly being put into our atmosphere or stopping the number of habitats that we affecting by tearing them down to make new homes or shopping centers.
Someone who would have identified more with the country first conservative would believe that immigrants are a burden but I believe the exact opposite. Sure there are some immigrants that do bad things and give all immigrants a bad reputation. But there are also a lot of immigrants who are just working to survive and live. They are looking for a good and safe place to raise their families.
